Moonbug is a global entertainment company that creates and distributes fun and safe content for kids that promotes healthy values ‚Äč‚Äčlike compassion, empathy and resilience while teaching essential life skills. We are a team of entertainment and technology experts with a mission to redefine the children’s entertainment industry in this new digital age. Because we own billions of dollars of digital intellectual property, we know where kids are and what they like. This gives us the ability to create content that is relevant to children and available in the way they want it to be.

Moonbug Music is an important part of the company’s distribution business, reaching families during those important ‘screen-free’ moments, further increasing our reach but also affinity with our global mega-brands. Music not only plays a crucial role in our company’s growth strategy, but also in children’s development.

The label has surpassed a staggering 175 million monthly streams through the audio DSPs by producing higher quality music and experimenting with different optimization strategies.

Other accolades include owning the largest preschool artist on Spotify (CoComelon hits +1.3 million streams per day) and 50 of the top 100 children’s songs on Amazon Music belongs to Moonbug.

Recently, Moonbug just signed a global deal with UMG. Under the terms of the agreement, UMG will handle worldwide distribution, publishing and licensing for the Moonbug Music Label.
