Carlo Ancelotti is one of the most famous football managers who has managed various big clubs across Europe.
The Italian has been training since 1992 when he was an assistant with the Italy national team.
Since then, Ancelotti has managed Juventus, AC Milan, Chelsea, PSG, Real Madrid, Bayern Munich and Everton, among others.
Sporting News answers some of the most pressing questions about the Italy manager.
How old is Carlo Ancelotti?
Ancelotti is currently 62 years old and will turn 63 on June 10, 2022.
The veteran coach has been in the limelight for over four decades, having first appeared as a midfielder for Parma in 1976.
After a successful playing career that also included spells for Roma and AC Milan, Ancelotti really came to prominence as a coach in 2003 when he won the UEFA Champions League with the Rossoneri.
The Italian has worked steadily in recent years, with his most recent break from playing coming in 2017 after being sacked by Bayern Munich.

What is Carlo Ancelotti’s current contract situation at Real Madrid?
Ancelotti left Everton to return to Real Madrid on June 1, 2021 and his current contract runs until June 30, 2024.
The 62-year-old reportedly earned £11million a season with the Toffees and is expected to rake in a similar sum at the Santiago Bernabeu.
If Real Madrid fired Ancelotti, they would have to pay him his wages for at least a year. As things stand, such a layoff is unlikely after such a successful 2021-22 campaign.
Ancelotti himself would like to stay in charge for a long time and has all but ruled out coaching another club once his current tenure at Real Madrid is over.
“After Real, yeah, I’ll probably quit,” Ancelotti told Amazon Prime Video in May. “But if Real Madrid keeps me here for 10 years, I will train here for 10 years.”

His win in 2022 put him past Bob Paisley and Zinedine Zidane who have managed to win three UEFA Champions League titles.
Ancelotti also won the competition twice as a player with AC Milan in 1989 and 1990 when he rose to prominence in the European Cup.
