Chandigarh, June 3rd
US actor Johnny Depp has won the defamation lawsuit against his ex-wife Amber Heard. Depp was previously accused of domestic violence, including physical and verbal abuse while under the influence of alcohol, by actress Amber Heard.
To dismiss the allegations, Depp had filed a defamation lawsuit against Amber for allegedly filing a phony case against him that had seismic effects on his life and career.
After catching fire for nearly six years, the jury returned a verdict in Depp’s favor and ordered Amber to pay Depp $15 million in damages. However, the judges also awarded Amber $2,Finding that Heard had been defamed by one of Depp’s attorneys.
Shortly after the verdict was announced, Twitter was flooded with tweets celebrating the verdict. In the course of this, a trend #Mentoo also spread via the social platform. Users, including women, appear to be training those pushing feminism to a degree that gives women additional freedom to push fabricated and deceptive programs in the guise of feminism.
Hating all men is not feminism.
“Believe all women” is not feminism.
Ignoring abused men is not feminism.

You took OUR rapes, OUR beatings, OUR stitches, OUR broken bones, OUR survival and used them to ruin a man, HIS family, HIS career, you lied but the world has seen the truth
Shame on you#MenToo https://t.co/4VRZXtlYmA

If you believe all women, you are part of the problem.

Johnny Depp resigned from his career. Pirates 6. Fantastic Beasts 3. ALL at stake.
It also took YEARS, but he WON.
He PROVED that #mentoo can be survivors of domestic violence.

Amber made the mistake all narcassic bullies make. She mistook Johnny’s gentleness for weakness. Her arrogance was believing she could just ride the MeToo movement to stardom. What she wasn’t expecting was his fans standing next to him as he stood up and said #MenToo. #TeamJohnnyDepp
